does anyone know what valves/springs and retainers i could use on my project? Adam toldme he is using Ferra but also said that for the 400 hp i'm shooting for, Ferra would be a little overkill.

Unless your going to spin the motor faster than stock OE valve train is more that sufficient. If anything i would throw some valves in there and thats it.
