i do believe you can take it apart and turn the bottom half of the wastegate

Really? that would be amazing, because mine is hitting there as well.

if i remember correctly, once you take out the six hex bolts on the top half take the spring out, then there should be a set screw that holds the vavle to the diaphram.. loosen that, remove diaphram.. and then there is a big nut under there that holds the bottom end on, loosen that and turn.. put it all back together..

its been awhile since i have taken one apart.. but i happen to have one sitting in front of me right now. i'll see if i have the tools at home to take it apart tomorrow.

Okay, I've got it all apart, the set screws out, the plunger out, and I can't get it still. How do you under the diaphragm? Just yank it off? I'm hesitant to do it because I'm not sure if I'm supposed to?

Depends on the controler..... some manual ones can only go 2x spring pressure...... our drag car setup maxes out at 11/12psi (6psi spring).... we have a TurboXs manual controler.
