so far as i know there are a couple of options open for the 2.4 guys.
Secret Cams
HO cams (intake cam modded)
JBP
Level Zero?
Custom cams
after looking around and seeing what others are running, i saw some people running secret cams, miller performance, or jbp
just looking for cost effectiveness and overall gains and seeing what others think on this
HO and custom are the best cam choices on your list regarding the twin cam. The other companies can't provide you with as high of lift due to the lifters. It wouldn't be cost effective enough for them to taylor only to those with bored lifter barrels. Kind of the same reason there isn't a header option for a quad 4 in a J-body.
Secret cams are definately the most cost effective, and give a little extra kick in the pants. Sweetness is about the only person I know of so far that didn't care much for them. I'm sure there are others, but the majority of those who have secret cams will tell you they like them. I like them...but those HO cams/tower sitting next to me are just too darn tempting.

i plan on trying out the HO cams, and if you really dont want to try hard you dont need to modify anything, but that is only if u use the HO cams, HO towers/lifters, and the 2.3 powersteering. ill be goin the route of boring the 2.4 towers and machining the intake cam for the hex drive powersteering.
also i have the secret cams and like them a lot but im at the point where i want more more more
for the motor that im building i want to have "more" to begin with which is why i was leaning towards the HO as i located a NOS set for a really good deal, just would have to get an HO exhaust tower and then send the 2.4 intake cam tower/HO intake cam to todd if he is still doing this

I dont really have much access to the machines I use to do those things very much anymore.
I can't really make any commitments to be abke to do that at this time
Another org member said he knows someone else that can do the mod, but he hasn't replied to my email yet
