Alright everyone I know many of us have been frustrated with low boost numbers out of our 2.4 LD9 M45 Supercharged cars. I personally was seeing 5 PSI on the 2.6 inch pulley with methanol injection. I successfully replaced the actuator and here is how I did it.
First off the PN for the actuator is
88960487
Obviously to start you need a SCed 2.4
Like it or not, you will have to pull the SC, this is not hard and should not take more than an hour.
First remove the upper bracket, upper snout (top only leave the bottom) and take the two lower bolts out (No need to fully remove the lower mount).
Next remove the fuel rail, and disconnect whatever intake set up you have. I pulled the SC with the TB attached, there is plenty of room to get it out.
Be sure to disconnect all electric sensors, especially the ones underneath the SC because they have a tendency to be forgotten and broken. Also disconnect all vac lines.
Next remove all SC manifold bolts and make sure you are all free.
Remove supercharger, make sure you back off on the bottom bolts of the SC enough to clear the head.
Now the fun part, get some working space and get ready to start disconnecting the actuator.
Remove vacuum line from the actuator.
Make sure to take notice of where the actuator is positioned, mine seemed that the Allen bolts were lower, I just marked them and was sure to reposition it to the same place.
Now unbolt the two allens, the actuator may spring back a little but no big deal, keep track of where it was from the factory.
Next you will need to get the actuator arm off, this is done by lining up the pin with the groove and it is just pushed through. You may need a screw driver, just make sure you don't bend anything.
Next put the new actuator on, leave it unbolted because you need to get the actuator arm on. this is done by lining up the little tabs and slipping it through. You may need a little encouragement and use a set of pliers to pop it on. BE SURE NOT TO BEND THE ARM!
Now put the two allen bolts in be sure to put it to the stock position as best you can.
Now move the actuator to make sure there is no obstructions and that it moves freely.
Hook up all your vac lines and go to reinstall.
Make sure everything is tight, and connected and got try her out!
So far I have been seeing 6 PSI, a little step up but not fully fixed. The actuator seems to come on sooner giving me boost sooner, which is good. I think I need to have my SC rebuilt, maybe the rotors are worn out.
Good luck, hope this helps some people.

nice job Chris, have you been able to run the car this season? Get on the 607 forums and let me know how things are going for ya man!
"Horsepower is the Ultimate Accessory"
I swapped mine with it on the car....anyway....
Chris, in your pictures 8-11, if they are bigger on your computer, could you tell me if there is a number stamped into the lever that connects the actuator arm to the valve shaft?
