2.3 Injectors :
All are Low Impedance (2-6 Ohms)
2.3 LO --> 26Lb/Hr (273cc/min)
2.3 HO/W41 --> 32Lb/Hr (336cc/min)

RC injectors come 320cc 370cc and 550cc low imp. i plan on running NO more than 10 PSI and making NO more than 250whp. Is 370cc not enough and is 550cc too much. Should i run something in between like 450ish? If so, who makes something close to this size?

I would go with the 370's. LSJ injectors are 36lb which should make them the closest match to your options. and they run more than 10 psi so I'd say thats your best bet

Does anyone have a Part # for the RC 370cc low impedance ( peak & hold) injectors. If it helps, i have a 95 2.3L. Are these injectors a direct replacement of the old ones? do i need any clips or anything to make them fit? Or do i just take the old ones out and slap the new ones in? Thanks
