What do you think of your peroformance and performance capabilities? What hp are you guys getting and with what mods? Are you content with the sc rather then a turbo set up?
I have a question on the kit as far as modifications. Is it a direct bolt in? Or do you need to modify any brackets (cut, weld or grind). I am not talking about headers, exhaust, CAI . . . Can you purchase the www.gmpartsdirect.com GM PART # 17800003 and just remove and bolt and necessary items?
It's a direct bolt on for 00+ twin cams. Pre 00 you need like an 00+ alternator and possibly some other minor things, if you search gm super changer in the Performance section, i think, it gives a How To on it.
If you actually want answers from guys with superchargers, might I recommend you put this in the
BOOST section?
I've never heard of this "part throttle" before. Does it just bolt on?
I thought about it but I figured it'd get a wider attention span in Performance but I guess not so If someone could move this, please? Thanks.
QUESTION FOR YOU ????????????????????????
WHY NOT PUT THIS IN THE CORRECT FORUM ????
Question for you...why can't you read?

the sections aren't there as a suggestion... you HAVE to post in the correct section or you are just annoying...
as for the answer to the post, for a mild setup with a stock engine, the s/c is ideal, 250-260 whp is the max you'll get safely and you only need bolt ons to get there.
if you want more then that go turbo with a built engine
on an otherwise stock car expect 200 whp with just the s/c kit
