I m ordering the gmpp s/c this week and i was wondering what other mods i can have done that will be supported by the gm reflash.
I'm running about all the bolt ons you can with my GMPP SC and the reflash works fine. I have header, cat, 2.5 exhaust, crank pulley, 62mm TB, CAI, heat exchanger, motor mounts, spring boots and etc.etc....wide band I just installed says I'm 14:7 at idle and running high 11s/low 12s on my A/F... (I have asked the question if this is too rich)
Seems it runs rich at WOT so even a few breathing mods would seem to work like P&P head but I've not got that far yet...mild cams would be fine too I'd think (Patriot stage I for SC)...
A few guys have ported and polished the SC too and still seems to run fine on the reflash.
I see 10/11 psi at WOT too with my current mods and saw 12 psi before the HE went in.
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
Thank You that was very helpful i didnt want to go into the extent of hpt if i didnt have to. Where did u get your heat exchanger from?

I found it on eBay...03/04 Cobra HE from Lightning Performance. Shipped it was $212.
Got the pump from ZZ Perfromance and the resevior from GM Parts Direct (Cobalt SS one). Then all the 90 degree elbows and stuff from AutoZone as well as the relay and all the misc. wiring to get it hooked up.
Also...HPT won't work on the GM reflash for the ECO unless something has changed that I've missed. You'd have to get another ECU and tune it to make it work. Last I heard it's still locked and HPT has not cracked it yet for the reflash...

Lets just say his pants are on fire.
I estimate it more around 175 to the front wheel.

If I'm weird and everyone else is weird, does that make me normal?

I'd say you're close to that, maybe 5who above. I was at 217 with the Cobalt header, full 2.5" mandrel exhaust, AEM CAI, and mounts. Stock sized pulley and not cooled.
