Does anyone here have problems with their turbine side bolts not staying screwed on tight? Cause every few days I have to keep tightening them so my down pipe doesn't fall off while im driving. I already had one bolt fall off completely and I also have lock washers on it.

Happens all the time. Any bolts going into the turn are extremely pron to back out. What style lock washers are you using and what kind of bolts?

Couldn't you just use some split lockwashers, that should solve your problem.

I found that split lock washers become regular washers due to the heat they are exposed to.
Sorry, but I haven't been on for awhile, but thanks for some of the suggestions. I also have used split lock washers and they do become regular washers after the second day driving around.
Thanks
