So I did some searching, but there's a lot of confusing stuff in here due to the fact that theres the 2.4 and eco s/c's, and sometimes posts aren't specific on which engine its talking about.
I've been thinking about cams lately, and was trying to figure out what would be best for me. I would like a small increase all across the powerband, without sounding lopey or making my computer go nuts. I've read that most cams lose low end torque, but gain high end power.
My problem is I prefer low end over high end. Any advice? Manufacturers? Butt dynos?

for an easy swap able cam, most go with the 95 2.3 lo intake cam and the 90-94 2.3 lo exhaust cam. no check engine lights or anything and can be bought relatively cheaply and most people n/a or boosted like them
For what you are looking for the secret cam swap or the more expensive JBP or LZM stage 1 cams would be fine.
