First actual tuning run resulted in me blowing off a pipe at only 5 psi. Next step is to get a bead roller and better clamps!
You can use vice grips or pliers on the piping and bend the outer edges of the pipe out a little bit. That will help hold everything together also.

Kick azz is my boost hero!!! "
Add a lip with a bead of caulk at the ends of the pipes or use hairspray on the end of the piping before slipping the couplers on.
Good clamps(t-bolt) will help out a lot in the long run....since you know you aren't going to stay at 5 psi for too long!!!!
dont wast time, get the t-bolt clamps man. i know your thinking "only 5 psi" but really thats alot more pressure than you would think. you have to remember also surges happen throught the charge pipes for instance when your throttle blade closes, yes that is what your bov releases but they still see some surge for fractions of a second before the bov bleeds the excess pressure off. get the good clamps and i dont think you will have any problems, also make sure your silicone connectors are nice and clean when putting the charge pipes together, any oil or other debris can cause them to not hold as well. good luck man, easy fix so im sure you will get it.
