Thats a very loud BOV... Its the same one i have on my car!!
2004 Turbo cavalier 11PSI and blown!
How many washers did you use?
Like I said in your other thread, I'm using a real TurboXS Type-H, so maybe it's a tad different, but I've got 3 washers in mine because it was fluttering at idle.

Just so you know dude....you didn't get a Turbo XS BOV...you got a knock off. And a poor one at that. I tried that same one and it failed miserably even on 6PSI.
I used to race cars, now I race myself.

Anyone have some pics of the real BOV?

yea i will post them asap, in the real one i only have 1 washer in and it does not flutter at idle at all and is very very loud
That is the knock off but ive used it on all three of my kits and it never failed but they are pretty cheap id go with a bosch one or something off like an evo for more reliability.

If it doesn't have the Turbo XS decal on the top, it ain't real.

Directly off their website, I don't see any decals, I just see an engraved logo like on mine.
