Pulley Boys make/sell smaller pulleys for the 2.4L GM Supercharger? Basically shopping around for lower prices.

TBH it's only been hitting 3-4PSI, I'd rather have what it's supposed to have, 5-6 (plus the faster spinning s/c sound). The pedal issue was only one part of the problem, I guess.
So would GTP pulley still require a hub or kit of some sort like the Pulley Boys setup? Or is that PB specific since they have the whole "quick change" deal? (Or do I just get a pulley and press it on there using the pressing tool)

No any kit you buy will have a hub setup. and believe me this will make this much easier if you decide to change it in the future.
Getting that hub on is an adventure. i cooked mine in the oven at 450 F, until it was glowing red in order to get it to fit. burnt right through my oven mitts on the way from the kitchen to the car.
sounds like Bigtemps is the right name for ya!
I think I would find a more... cooler option, when the time comes.

I don't think the oven thing is a good idea, you're running a big risk of warping it, especially if you drop it when it burns through your oven mitt!
You don't need THAT much heat to get it on, a simple oxy/acetylene torch should be more than sufficient. That's what I used when I put my Embree pulley on. Dunno if Embree is still around making pulleys, but it's an option to look into.

Yeah i don't have a torch, so i improvised. Gotta use what you have available to you.
I did try hooking it at lower temps but it wouldn't expand enough to fit at 300 or 350, So i had to crank it up a little, it started to cool down pretty quick by the time i got outside it had stopped glowing, i am lucky that i didn't drop it. But you run the same risk heating it with a torch, if you drop it when its hot it could damage it.
I just used a ps pulley puller to take off the stocker and put on the pulleyboys pulley :wtf

^Ya that's what I'm gonna end up doing, because the GTP ones aren't much of a discount, and I see no need to superheat anything, so might as well get the pulley kit that's made for it & do it right.
