What injectors are you running with the progressive kit? Also the boost on a 2.5 is 11lbs right?

Also what methanol mixture do you plan to run?

The injectors are those that come with the kit of www.coolingmist.com for what I have read the kits comes with large and medium nozzle, I am not really very sure of the boost increment, and as for the mixture I have read lately that it is not advisable to use methanol i planned to use it alone with distilled water.

IIRC, the 2.5" pulley is pushing the M45 to its limits. With the 2.6" pulley and my Devils Own alcohol injection I'm pushing 6psi in summer heat. I have my alky injection set to start spraying at 4psi.

As far as mixture, I go 50/50 Heet/Distilled water.

If you run a medium injector and a large injector which I will assume would be an m3 and an m5 it will most likely be too much water/meth. An m5 is rated for around 300-350 hp by itself. You have to try what you have though and adjust accordingly. As for running methanol you can run it in this kit straight. The rotors on the supercharger will also have no problem since they are teflon coated. Where you will run into a problem is with egt temps. Methanol is around 118 octane and the amount you will be running it will be like adding an extra injector and will raise the egts. A good fluid to start with would be windshield washer fluid. You can get it at advance auto and it says right on it that it contains methanol and is already pre- mixed with water. The heet gas additive also works but will get expensive in a hurry. Methanol is about $2-4 a gallon depending on the seller though and you can make it go along way if you mix it say 80/20 water/meth. I would start the spray at 4psi and make it max out 1 psi before you hit full boost and see how it runs.

Thanks friend, apparently collingmist people don't offer another nozzle according to the progressive kit, comes with those two nozzles clearing this is used alone one medium or large, which is the result of using single distilled water?

hey Mario I'm currently running the GM blower kit on my 01 2.4, with the 2.6 embree pulley set-up,accel adjustable fpr, ceramic coated header and 2.5 inch all the way back, colling mist set-up,also coming on at 4psi but spraying the boost cooler mix which comes pre-mixed,met and water but is kind of pricey. On cool days I will see 9 psi, slightly more but still spray even when its cold out,see about 7 when its hot out but considerably better than it was as I was only seeing about 5 at best in the heat.I have added an additional electric cooling fan in front of the condenser, have a 4 inch custom alum intake system going to a cone k&n which my 90 degree nozzle for the cooling mist set-up is right after the flit er as you do not want to put it close to you t/body as you many encounter problems with your TPS switch.I will try and find the receipt for the boost cooler, its pinkish colored,I have my pump and holding tank in my trunk where it doesn't see extreme temperatures as it would under the hood.hope this helps!!!
