I'll measure mine tonight. I have to go to work now though.
I'm running those exact injectors... they're way too big for your current mods and too small for 20psi.

2002 ECOTEC Fuel System Upgrade: As some of you know, the 2002 ECOTECs use a different fuel system than the 2003-2005 ECOTECs. The 2002s have different Injectors, Fuel Rail and Fuel Pressure Regulator. The 2002 Injectors are also longer than the 2003-05 ECOTECs. On the newer ECOTECs, GM used a spacer between the head and the actual Injector to make up the size difference between the tw injectors. If you use those spacers on your 2002 ECOTEC by putting them in between your injector and the head, you will be able to use the fuel system from the 2003-2005 ECOTECs.

I have a 2005 ecotec, im not upgrading from a 2002 ecotec or anything, what are you trying to say?
Im asking if those ebay injectors will work in my car because they are only 60mm long and my stock 2005 ecotec's injectors are 82mm long...

by that post it sounds like the 03-05 ecotecs use the shorter injectors with a spacer. so the 60mm ones might fit unless someone here gives you the direct scoop on it.

Hmm, well there is this guy that measured his Ecotec injectors and told me that they are 82.5mm long from the VERY top to the VERY bottom of the injector...
The guy on ebay that is selling these green tops said that

The injector is measured from the bottom of the top O-Ring to the Top Of the bottom O-Ring. If you measure on any other part of the injector, you will not get a valid measurement.

So maybe if he measure his injectors from the VERY top to the VERY bottom then maybe it will be longer...
You know what i mean?
