hey guys im boosting my 96 cav z24 but i have a big question with my pistons .. in know that if i dont want to go over 6 lbs of boost a dont need to change my pistons .... BUT what about if i do want to go over 6... my question is : can i get any biggger pistons from another car of brand other than wiseco pistons that will lower my compression and work with my car

lower the compression + higher boost + high octane pump gas = less chance of detonation

JE along with quite a few other companies make pistons for the LD9.

You don't have to go bigger, you can keep stock size just lower compression.

IDK how many miles are on your car but stock can handle a little over 10 psi.

When you hit 6 psi, you will want to turn it up.
