Alright, a buddy of mine has a 2000 J with 2.4 and has the GMPP Supercharger and is having major issues with his coolingmist 150psi deluxe meth injection. At idle he can rev the motor up and build 3psi and the boost switch is set to spray at 2psi so the pump ticks and meth sprays, but when we go down the road at WOT the pump does not come on AT ALL and nothing sprays obviously. We've have rewired the whole kit 2 times, He has checked all lines and just cannot find the problem. We're leaning towards the boost switch going bad or the relay since it works revving into boost at idle but not going down the road at WOT. Anyone have any tips?
Hell we have even went so far as to even taking off the check valve from the nozzle and zip tieing it to my wipers just so we could see if it was working or not and at idle again, it works, at WOT driving it does not. Need help asap, Thanks.
where is the boost signal taken from ?
id look at where its taken from and what its connected to , then trace it back to the boost switch
