wastegate %..?

After installing and wiring my boost controller i was 'tuning' it to my desired settings, etc and there was one setting that i guess i hadnt heard about. I have a LO and HI boost setting, and then an internal/external wastegate setting, etc.. after i set those it asks me what % i want, starting at 99 all the way down to 1... (for both high and low). I guess im not sure what it means? And it didnt explain it in the lil booklet it came with... I know other elec boost controllers have this setting but i guess i just dont have a good understanding of it. If it matters, its a Tullos Technology Elec Boost Controller...

At 0% you boost pressure should be at what ever level the spring in your wastegate is set for. Turn up the knob by 2% bumps and making full boost pulls in the car while monitering the boost levels until you reach the boost level you desire. At least that is how my Profec B works, not sure if its the same as yours.

If i understand correctly how it works, for now i should just leave it at 0%... Only because i will not be adjusting between high and low settings at this point.. I have a 9psi spring and im going to be running only 9psi for now.. is this right? lol
