Couple pulley and heat exchanger questions.

I have a friend with a cobalt ss, and he is currently trying to sell me his 3.0 pulley and stock heat exchanger. I am running an 04 cav, gm s/c with i,h,e and gm reflash. I was wondering if this h/e would be worth it with the smaller pulley, or if I should just go with the cobra h/e? Can I run just the pulley until I get the cobra h/e? Any help is greatly appreciated thanks, Jeremiah.

3.0 pulley with GM reflash
I am not sure, but I heard that be ok with the stock tune down to 2.9.

heat exchanger
This will help heat soak, not power gains.

I understand how the h/e works, however, I was more interested if I would benefit with the stock cobalt ss h/e or just spend the little extra on the cobra......

I am gonna use a Cobra h/e and I recommend it to others as well. Especially if you plan to lower pulleys and raise the boost. I can tell you why he is selling his, he's raising the boost (which increases heat) and he's upgrading to a better h/e

go with the cobra bro, you wont regret it.

I have the cobra h/e and 3.0 pulley and love it, its a big increase from the stock pulley ( at least it felt like it to me, lol) Im pretty sure you will love the setup, and the Cobra h/e is great, all of my cobalt SS buddies have changed to it.

If I were you I would buy a Cobra one, its worth it for sure.
