Does anyone make a complete bolt-on turbo kit, that can run on an otherwise stock 97 2.2, without a standalone or a piggyback system, and get 180+ HP?
Yes, do a search for "Maximum Boost"

he's got a 97 2.2. I would think that his biggest concern would be fueling. There are no larger injectors for that motor so he needs to either do a topfeed conversion to run larger injectors or run additional injectors.
to the one above who suggested to look up "maximum boost," I hope you were joking. That guy was a hack and just resold ebay parts as a kit that were marked up rediculously. As for the hahn kit, it doesn't work on the 95-97 OHV motors last I'd heard. Its for the 98-02 2200.
Your best bet is to piece together a kit yourself, based on the information that can be found in the stickies at the top of this forum. It will save you money and you will also learn quite a bit at the same time.
