I just got my adjustable FPR, and im confused. After hooking it up right, and setting the pressure, my car act's funny i boost. I did some investigating and realized that the needle on my FP gauge never moves. Isn't the pressure supposed to go down as the vacuum decreases/boost increases?
I think the FMU can't increase the pressure becuase the FPR is broke and keeps the FP at a set rate. Does this sound right to you guys?

Your Fuel pressure will go up not down. OEM FPRs or even replaced after market adjustable one's work on a 1:1 ratio unless stated different. If you base idle Feul pressure is at 40 PSI set with your AFPR, Usually at WOT its about 10 PSI more (50 PSI) THen you can take in consideration every PSI of boost is 1 PSI more of fuel pressure.
Your FMU takes over after 0 vac +.

THe FMU should still be able to increase becuase thats between the AFPR and your tank, so it should still kick in no matter what the AFPR is doing.
Might wanna check to see if your FMU vacuum line is hooked up.
Well my pressure doesn't increase or descrease no matter what the vacuum is. it won't go lower than for 40 psi. Even at zero vac, it still stays right at 40. A busted diaphragm?
Now im confused on the FMU situation though, since the FMU is after the AFPR, if the AFPR doesn't open won't the pressure just back up between the FMU and AFPR?
