Well i still haven't gotten my meth injection to work right. Got a friend look over all the wiring and it all seems fine according to the instructions. The only thing i think is wrong is the boost switch going bad because i can ground the NO wire going to the relay and touch the neg battery terminal and the relay clicks and pump sprays. But if i plug the NO wire back on the boost switch and hit boost nothing happens.
My other question is the white wire aka PIN 86 needs to be on switched ignition, whats a good candidate for that because i have it wired into the cam sensor wiring right now. I can get the pump to come on when it wants to i guess but not all the time so what you guys think?
I am using a cooling mist under hood basic kit also.
I would suggest getting a multimeter. You should be able to test resistance across the boost switch. Should be a closed circuit one way and open the other. Don't bamboozle yourself over the system just eliminate one piece at a time. Switches and relays are generally simple if you look at them alone.
Is the boost switch actually seeing boost? Check the hose going to it, from wherever it's T-d off from.
How much have you adjusted the set screw?
And you can just do what I did and wire both power leads from the relay to the battery, instead of using a switched source.

how is your setup knowing to spray meth if your not using the boost switch? Do you have a toggle switch or what?
I am using the boost switch. Instead of using one constant and one switched 12v source, I have both hooked to constant. I even wired an LED into the system to come on when the pump is working, it's very helpful to show what PSI the switch is set at.

I'm in the same boat. I can take the wire off the NO on the pressure switch and touch it to ground and the pump turns on. Tested the pressure switch and it is shot. As said above, check the resistance and/or continuity on it. Invest in a good multimeter. It will definitely help you figure out what is going on.

well, tonight i contacted cooling mist and they said to put compressed air through the line going to the switch, i did so with the key on and it sprays, so the switch obviously is working from that test. i took it up the road, hit boost and it comes on for about 5 seconds and then it stops, check the fuse in the fuse holder and it's blown, change that fuse and same thing happens. The kit calls for a 7amp fuse and i have replaced it with the same and bigger fuses and have had them blown as well.
Now im wondering if maybe where i have the ignition switch wire wired to may be causing this to happen because it's the only one im unsure about. Where is the most ideal place for this to be wired into?
whoa.... DO NOT use meth injection to fix inadequate tuning... EVER. Your tune should be squared away first, with a good A/F throughout the rpm band, THEN add meth injection on top of it.

all I use my water\meth to do is kill the 1-2 deg. KR I get, and take intake air temps down to 80 or so, when I am tuning, I have it off.
With that LEAN of an AFR, you’re probably getting all sorts of KR...
