oil problems

hi there everyone,
i have a 2200 that was turboed almost three years ago. ran 5psi and never a problem. recently, i upgraded to a new turbo with 9psi and now have oil problems. as the engine revs over 4000rpm, or boost is over 5psi oil is shooting/spraying from the dipstick tube. only slightly at the bottom near the block, and largely from the top of the tube past the dipstick cap.
i have a 1/2 inch return line and a 1/4 inch feed line from a sandwich to a cooler then 1/4 inch to the turbo.
i am backtracking through old oil problems discussions, but nothing is specifically on topic.
any and allhelp is greatly appreciated...
PS: i broke the old turbo(of course) trying to take it apart for the rebuild, so i cant put it back on...

Your getting too much crank case pressure in the bottom end. Check to make sure your PCV valve is working properly and not stuck.

raven,
thanks for the reply.
i have been told that it could be crankcase pressure and should tap the pan. but i didnt cuz i knew that tapping the pan would cause reverse flow.
i have a 1999 cavalier which means no pcv valve. it was replaced by an oil/air seperator on the underside of the valve cover. the seperated air is then drawn into the air plenum on top of the throttle body.
i also saw others in this forum with cc pressure problems, and the main answer seems to be to relocate the pcv tube into the air intake and block off the plenum.
what would you suggest, given that i dont have a pcv??

oil problems solved. i relocated the PCV tube to the turbo intake housing and poof!! no oil spray. am pushing10psi at 6000rpm. noticeable improvements. reduced turbo lag. smoother idle.
the only real issue now seems to be a bit of crankcase pressure (blow back) if i drop off the gas too fast from WOT. so now i back off a bit first then off completely.
at lower rpm (city driving), there is a shudder if i quickly brake to a stop from boost. i start producing boost 1500 rpm and short stops are common in big cities. so not much i can do about it...
all in all the problem is solved to my satisfaction. i solved more problems then created by relocating the PCV tube.
