What Km or miles would you guys not do a S/C, Is 180km to much? I test drove a 98 z24 and i liked it, but also a 00 z24 and they both had around 180 km.

Save yourself the headache. If you want to supercharge it buy the 00 z24. The milage really does not matter. I say that because the supercharger is designed for the 00-02. It can be made to work on the 96-99 but it will be more work.
