I have two ports in my intake manifold. One goes directly to the wastegate with a manual boost controller inline. The other comes off, splits and goes to the FPR and the BOV.
Does that seem right? I'm pretty sure, but I want to be 100%.

In theory that should be correct. Now im not sure what size vacuum line you are running but one problem that i did run into on one of my builds was that the blow off valve was not opening unless there was serious boost built in the charge pipes which thus created wastegate flutter/compressor surge. After diagnosing the problem i ran a bigger vacuum line strictly to the bov which cured the problem. But in theory that should work.

No... it is not really correct.
The BoVs really like to have their on vaccum/Boost signal, or they flutter. Try to run the BoV off a singal port if possible, as dingus recommended. If you delay that pressure getting to the valve, it will creep open or flutter under let off.
The wastegate really doesn't care how much is teed off it. It will only hold the waste gate closed longer under boost. so you want to run the FPR of that line.

Agreed give the BOV it's own vac line, which is what I did.
Also... I'm sorry.... did I just see a ghost?!
