I am in the middle/ending of my winter turbo project and I have a few questions
1. it is a 96 with a 2.2 and the coolant pipe with the bleeder on it I am having trouble figuring out what to do with it b/c it does not seem to fit anymore.
2. where should i tee off of for the internal wastegate?
3. I will be running like 5-6psi tops, should I invest in a adjustable fuel reg. or do you think that I will be ok
any help would be appreciated, I will post up some pics here soon.....it is a pretty cool set-up it is not a very big turbo but I am running a top mount subaru intercooler under the hood where the battery used to be and i had a friend put a custom scoop into the hood that just needs some finishing touches
thanks again for any help

I am having the same problem with the coolant pipe on mine as well but i am just going to bend mine and make it work. Sorry
cut it about 2-3 inches after the bleeder going towards the front of the car and cut it and use a ruber line that can go around the turbo
for the fpr question you can use an adjustabe fmu if you staying at 6psi tops me and my friend both did it in our cavaliers and i even held 10 psi with no problem or fuel cut on stock injectors but i wouldnt recomend it
Granted i have a 2200, but i do know someone with a 96 turbo cav, and they did the same thing. If i remember right, the line is bolted to a tab, we unbolted it, and moved it forward, and then welded a tab to bolt the bent oil fill tube to it. Im not sure what everyone else did, but this is how we did it.
As far as the waste gate goes, if it's an internal, there should be a line the runs from the compressor housing to the actuator and thats it. You can adjust the boost by turning the actuator arm.
For your BOV, boost gauge and such you should pull of after the throttle body.
