Looks brand spanking new, and only 600 miles on it. Doesn't say what year the turbo is from or model, but i'm sure this might brighten someone day.
its the low pressure one..the high pressure is a mitsu turbo. Still not a bad deal though.
It's off a 2003 9-3 because of the air injection rail. The right one for the job, but smaller turbo than the mitsu.
how would someone block off the air induction ports to use this manifold on an eco head.
just use a stock eco gasket?
there wouldn't be a need to use both the stock saab gasket and a stock eco one would there?
Use the exhaust gasket off of a 2004+ saab 9-3 not 2003.
So this would be a good kit for lower boost but for fast spool? I guess it would be about the right size for a stock engine?
2004 Cavalier. Razzi. (Sold)
1998 Corvette. Some mods.
1992 Typhoon. Lots of mods.
1994 Civic VX 44MPG

the right turbo size for a stock engine is all relevant to what you would like to do as far as power and how much you can resist temptation.
just to clarify... a stock ecotec exhaust mani gasket will block off all of the air induction ports and seal everything. correct
Liquid Plasma has the kit I bought off of you Tom that's what he is trying to ask, he's wanting to know if he should use just a oem gasket or the two you supplied with your kit to me.

Wow, its re listed down to $350 now.
^^^ the stock eco metal gasket, or this other metal gasket that came with the kit.
The saab metal gasket. Not the stock one. The stock one has holes around the ports.
I might be wrong because i know nothing when it comes to ECOTEC's but this to me seems like a cheap crappy way to get a boosted ECO. remember spend less now pay WAY more later.
