Just as the title sais just wondering if anyone is using hp tuners with there turbo eco.

Im looking to go HP Tuners and have someone who will do it for me.

But i was wondering if anyone on here, could send me there program(file) for the kid to go off (something to work with). To make it easier to build me a tune.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!

If this "kid" doing your tuning knows how to tune, you should not need a copy of anybody's tune....

He Does know how to tune... he has done numours peoples cars. Mostly Reprogramed Cobalt SS/SC cars not cavaliers with turbos.

He just wants something to go off, for a tune for myself.

He is well known on xseedspeed and seecarclub.net

What are u saying? That its way different to tune turbo cav than it is a Cobalt SS... I would understand why!!

And that is why i am asking for something for him to work off, to tune my car?

Its just an honest question to help a friend out tuning my car...

Unless you have a better way to help me out!!

basically you would have to buy it off someone. tuning a car is not cheap, and asking for one from someone is like asking for a free tune even if it is a base. and he is right, if he can tune, he shouldnt need someone elses to base off of. should be able to start from scratch.

HOw many times do i have to say that he does know how to tune? He has done tunes for lots of people over on seecarclub.net. He goes by the user name 06black! He is also on xseedspeed. Its just that he hasn't done a boosted cav yet, so he wanted to see if i could get something for him to go by so it could get done faster, other than starting from scratch.

I just thought this was a friendly place were people help one another... so i thought i would ask. But i guess this was a bad idea. So i guess i will have to start from scratch.

Just to make u all happy!!

Thanks

if you want a tune to base off, ill send you my stock tune. no point in taking a tune from a car with 5 psi or 9 or 15. its all going to be different. it would take him just as long to start from scratch as it would to take a tune already created and go from there. same time frame. best to custom tune it instead of basing it off someone elses. tunes arent free/cheap

I know tunes are not free or cheap.... I just thought this would of been something someone else could help me out with to help him out. But by the looks of it that isn't gonna happen. And yes i know no tune would be the same, everyones is and will be different.

Anyway, thanks!
