I have be looking around on the site about what guys are saying about how small of a pulley u can go on the LD9 (M45) with the factory GM flash. Some guys are saying the smallest they would suggest is the 2.7" with the factory GM tune and any smaller than that u need to use the alky injection. I'm just wondering if anyone is running the M45 with the 2.7" pulley with the stock tune without the alky injection. Are the fuel requirements met with the more boost from the smaller pulley or do u need bigger injectors with the 2.7". I know the alky will help regardless the size of the pulley but I am just wondering that if I did get the 2.7" pulley that the tune/fuel from the factory kit will handle it and still remain reliable for a daily driver. If anyone has any info with this it would be awsome.
I have the 2.6 without methanol, and stock injectors and flash.
You do not NEED to tune or use methanol, but it is highly RECOMMENDED. I am once I get the engine rebuilt.
