I asked about the W2W turbo manifold a few days back, and got contacted by Vulcan Turbo LLC. The manifold is less expensive, and looks nice but I have sent emails and an MSN instant message but have not a single reply. He's only asking $325 and It has a t3 turbo mount. It will go perfectly with my Garrett GT3076 turbo. If anybody uses it let me know, i need a manifold that I can mount the turbo onto but i dont want to pay $800 for a custom manifold.
cobalt guys use them all the time
Keep in mind with the ecotec exhaust configuration your going to have to have a full 180 Bend to get it down going straight. I'm sure they can offset the exit for you. I believe its typically placed on the 3rd runner or between the 3rd and 4th runner.

What do you mean full 180 degree bend to keep it straight? I dont understand what you mean buy this. could you explain? The turbo manifold has a mount turned downward, and also they sell the 45 degree adapter. Im going to have a V-Band down pipe to keep it simple, and have my fabrication guy do what is necessary to route the exhaust where it will flow freely.
We check our email multiple times per day! Haven't gotten any from you if you did sent, try sending us a message here on the forums! So far this manifold has been used with both cobalts and cavaliers/sunfires without issues. We do have a few installed photos as well we have not yet put on our website.
I've spoken to vulcan a few times about making me a custom manifold, and they are not only more than willing to help me out and do the job they asked all the right questions that let me know they really care about how they build their manifolds.
I plan to use them this winter to make my new manifold, and maybe do a few other things.
I'd recommend them.

From the turbo exhaust housing. Placing the Flange in the middle of the manifold means you have to go out from the outlet, and make a full 180degree turnaround to route the exhaust in space you have above the subframe.

I still need to stop by the shop
BTW I have a cobalt ss now
Hey Vulcan, I sent an email to you vulcan.turbo@hotmail.com email! Do you have a different email adress? I need to order some fittings from you with the quickness!!! We need a feed line and some fittings for our 86 Turbo dodge! Would you be able to make the manifold with an offset mount for the ecotec? Also I want a T4 flange not a T3 and an external waste gate. We are piecing together a Turbo system and I found a turbo I want to use from Wide Throttle Motor Sports. Thanks again!
Absolutely we could do that for you. We actually just shipped out a T4 manifold a few days ago. Unfortunately that is our only email address. Which side would you like the flange offset too and how far offset do you need it?
