So I finally got my m45 s/c on my LD9 installed and running and boy did it make a huge difference...running 5.5psi with the stock 2.8" pulley (debating about putting the 2.7" on it)...so I have a few questions as I just took it for my first drive...the nipple on the actuator assembly where the tube hooks up to allow access boost to escape from broke off so the mechanic tried to glue it back together but it didn't hold, so currently there is no line hooked up so I have to watch my boost gauge to make sure I don't boost too much..is this a huge deal or should I be getting it fixed asap...it only runs 5.5psi max and I held it through 3 gears and stayed right there...so just wondering if that is a huge concern...another thing is I have an autometer A/F ratio gauge (narrow band...I know some people aren't a big fan of them but it works well for a filler)...I started up my car and started driving it and it was hard over on the rich side (1 led was lit)...about a km down the road it was into the stoich range and then another km after that it was far over to 1 LED on the lean side...I'm not sure why it did this cause I know they normally flash back and forth...the thing I was wondering is if you have low fuel level does that make a difference...I only had about an 1/8th of a tank left when I took it out...so I went and put $20 in and put the tank up to half full and on the way home the guage stayed within the stoich range most of the time with occasional flashing back and forth when I let off...when I was WOT it was at the lower end of the stoich range which is where I want it...just wondering if low fuel level with the s/c kit would make the A/F guage to run funny? Well those are the only things I need some help with right now but when I get my summer rims and tires on in the morning I'll be able to open it up more (didn't want to burn my winter tires) and see what it really acts like...I'm pretty pumped to take it for a good spin.
narrow bands are useless, not accurate whatso ever..if you are that paranoid, which some people are, but more for tuning purposes use a wideband O2..more accurate

yeah...god only knows how accurate that A/F ratio guage is...any help regarding the broken actuator assembly?

That's a really bad place to be, stoich at WOT, you want to be rich at WOT, in the 12.5:1 range at peak HP, 12:1 at peak torque.
Maybe for a 2.4 which he has but thats too lean for an eco lol
