Can someone tell me..step by step...how to adjust my accel afpr. I lost the instructions. I have the GM SC on my 99 LD9 with 310cc and Im looking to know what kind of pressure im suppose to have. My fuel pressure gauge is on my FMU (Cartech 2025). I know it needs to be turned counter clockwise and clockwise. But do I read the pressure on my fuel gauge, what should I be looking for?
Any help is appreciated....
stock is anywhere from 35 to 55psi. . i dont know which way you need to turn the screw on the accel but just start it up , turn it, and watch the gauge. once you set the base pressure you can calculate what the max pressure is by using the FMU ratio. Do you know what the ratio is?
do it till it idles right, hook your car up to a scanner if you have one and get your idle set same as it was stock.
Exactly what whiteboyz said, turn the car on, turn the screw thingie and watch your gauge.. Yes go by the pressure on your gauge.. Set it to 43-50 psi at idle.. You should be fine there.
