Hey guys I was wondering what turbo I should go with to turbo my Eco, I would like around 325-350whp and I really dont want to spend more then 800 on the turbo, alot of people have been telling me to go with a 20G or a GT28R, What do you guys think would be best for me to get the HP i want and have a decent spool time.
Any help will be great
Thanks, Josh
im sure you can get a 57 trim like Vinces for 800 or better, hell look on ebay for some garrets

Any GT28R line turbo will spool much faster than a 20G.
A Garrett T3/TO4E 50 trim with a .63 a/r turbine would be a perfect turbo for you to make up to 350whp with in your price range. If you can some how get a Garrett GT turbo for $800 by all means buy it, the GT2860RS and the GT3071R will both work great for your needs.

mine is a t3/t4 stage III 57 trim, .63 a/r good up to 500 hp i think, its just the T series and was in the price range you are aiming for. i fully spool by 2700rpm or so
Vinces how much power are you maken on the dyno?

Thanks a lot guys for the information
if you were able to have a bit more to spend or depending on the deal you can get maybe look at a gt2871r or a gt30r
not sure on the power right now, but im guessing its upwards of 250... but that is just a guess, i plan to visit a dyno really soon to see for sure.
I also was thinken bout using the 20g but wanted faster spool. This winter i want to get it ready for 400hp to 450hp range but don't know what turbo to go with. HRC stage II just ain't cuting it.

if you want it a little easier, stay away for watercooled for now.
are you going internal or external wastegate? if external, i have had no problems with my turbo at all. and ATP's prices are reduced now that i look at it haha.
if your wanting a turbo let me know, i have an account with atp and can get you cheaper prices than listed on their site. ask vince or almost anyone on here about my pricing

Just currious why you would recommend a 650 hp turbo to someone only looking for 350 hp?
