I think it is entirely possible, but for how long is what I would question.

I have seen a lot of boost, and HP pushed through a stock bottom end....even on the 2200 *cough* Ryan *cough, cough*

What is your setup going to consist of??

It should, just depends how long it will last which mostly depends on how you drive the car and supporting mods. I was going to do a basic turbo setup with a t3 super 60 on my 90k miles ld9, but decided to just sc until I do build a motor. Then it will be gt3071r time

there is about 90k on the ld9. What do most people run turbo wise, what i am saying is what turbo can i use to get to my goal. Also i will only keep the stock bottom end for about 4-5months or until i can save up some more money

You need to look at compressor maps and find the correct turbo for your application via that method. Picking a turbo based on HP is about as ridiculous as putting an intercooler on a n/a motor.

There's so much to look at for a good, solid and dependable turbo setup. Once you know the pressure ratio you are going to work with and what your mass air flow will be you can chart it against the map. You want to stay in the middle "island" efficiency range. Anything to the left of this island is known as SURGE, which is what will DESTROY the turbo and/or motor. Anything to the right of this island is known as choke....if you find yourself in that area on a turbo map, step up to a larger turbo.

It can be difficult to find compressor maps, but most companies will email them to you if you ask for them. The only turbo maps I've had difficulties finding are Holset maps.

There is more to reading a compressor map as well, but that should get you to where you need to be.
