man your right bob's not my uncle either..... but who's is he

yah I think a custom plenum would be a better Idea, and you would have to add an idler for belt tension. I was jsut playing around the 3400 is going in my 96 when the 2.2 turbo bites teh bullet. and then the turbo is going on the v6

horsepower is how hard you hit the wall, Torque is how far you push the wall with you

i have a cool book on tuning efi, and there is a Mr2 with a 3.0 v6 swap, a trd supercharger kit and a turbo kit... they say it has a very flat torque curve and tunes like a large displacement turbo car. they also talk about how the blower puts forward load on the crank pulley after the turbo spools up.... interesting

well as of tonight, i am still running on the GM SC reflash.... and she runs OK.

I am still at like 4xx miles on the engine... so almost thru the break in... and then i will move into tuning...

so far i am at around 10psi, and looks pretty easy to tune, but she has potential for boost well into the 20's but that requires a 3bar tune, which will likely be a royal pain in the duppa.

so we will see.

I dont want to threadjack... come join one of my other threads to talk about my car.
