Where did this Eco S/C come from?

Did this come out of a GM prototype car?

I am wondering if these GM cars possibly had a different version of the Eco S/C reflash before the kit was released. If so then might there be a chance we could do something with it and HPT?

Looks like the Same M-62 everybody else buys... Looks like no Heat Exchanger was hooked up.... I'm sure if it was a GM Proto-Type, Test Mule or Show Car... it would of had a Heat Exchanger...

Seeing who is selling it, and the miles good chance it was a GM prototype car , or show car. Might not be special, b ut could be and we not know it by looking at it.

My point is if it is a GM prototype vehicle, then it is possible the programming on the ECU is different than the official S/C reflash and that HPT might possibly be able to read it. HPT has said that they can't do anything with the Reflash because of disabled check sums. Maybe this one doesn't have that??
