anyone has any idea who could probably have or were can i get someone to make an turbo manifold for my 2.3 cavalier? i really want one but dont know which way to go on this special part.

need to upgrade my profile, my 96 became my daily driver after i got me the 95 manual but i wanna see what i can do to this one to get some power off it, i already tried Vulcan Turbo but they say they dont have any.
I would offer this manifold however demand for it is very low and sourcing the head flange is rather difficult. I do know someone who is willing to cut one off parts but it gets pretty pricey. If you wouldn't mind paying extra it can be done.
