Hey guys, you know that the evap system is connected to the stock throttle body in the ld9. Do I have to put an check (one-way) valve to this line so it does not read boost or it does not matter? Thanks ahead for the help and answers.
the evap is not directly linked to the gas tank all the time. There is a solenoid valve that opens under certain circumstances, for example the manifold has to have vacuum, you go wide open throttle, boost or not, the valve is not gonna open.
Don't worry about it.
Thanks for the info. I didnt know that the evap was directly connected.
Boost is created after the throttle body anyway, there's no worry either way.

Hi, I have 97 Cavalier Z24 2.4L and I swap Supercharger in my car and I had everything done but except EVAP that I am really confused about cuz 2000 and up EVAP looks different than my 97 EVAP and I am wondering do I have to change my 97 EVAP to 2000 and up EVAP to make it work ? Let me know. Thanks!
