I would go with ATP turbo, talk to Bonnet, he has an account with them.
ATP there is a place down here in Houston that I have used many times and never been disappionted. I used a new place called blouch turbo to rebuild the one in diesel work truck they did a port job on the exhaust side and polished the compressor housing. It came out fairly decent they also do an upgrade for the LK9 saab guys where they port the exhuast housing and something else didn't get into much detail with them.

pcv lol.... damn thing caught up with me finally i think lol. plus just to be safe...
remember, that your turbo always had some factory shaft play. hell even mine did, so make sure it is what it is before you drop the 15-200$ it is to rebuild it

its not that i dont think. more along the lines of pushing oil past the seals and either blowing them or nearly blowing them.
