horsepower is the force that determines at what speed you hit the wall, torque is the force that determines how far you take the wall with you after you hit it.

here is what your getting yourself into...
debt
headache
stress

that about covers it.

if i had the choice to do it all over, wouldnt.

do a TON of reading and learn what each part does and where it goes. thats the best way to do it. trust me. and expect if you do it right, it wont be cheap.

As mentioned it's not for the feint of heart. If you don't have more than just basic knowledge, you're going to be in trouble. It'll end up on jackstands more than on the road, hell even my car ends up spending 25% of the summer on jacks due to miscellaneous issues.

It does give you headaches, but if you have the desire there's no reason for ANYONE to try and talk you out of it. Just make sure you completely understand everything. There's a lot more to it than bolting up a manifold and turbo and putting some piping on there.

You're serious? Bump bumps the thread up to the top of the list of threads, because you're posting a reply to a thread, which makes makes the last post in the thread a recent date/time, and since the list of threads is categorized by date, in ascending fashion, the thread is near the top.

You vac lines for your wastegate will typically come off of the turbo itself, as for the bov, it's just a vac line directly off the intake manifold in most cases. Some like to put a "T" in this line to run their boost gauge as well, I prefer 1 vac line per accessory if possible.
