Ok so the car has the GMPP SC kit on it with the reflash,3.0 pulley and I/C. This happened with the stock pulley to. If I punch it from a dead stop the car just falls flat on its face and dies. But only when I floor it. Have no issues at any other time. Guessing its somethin in GM's gay tune. But at the moment getting HP isnt a option. Any ideas?
come to NJ and let me tame that beast! lol
if you want to drive to WI i have HPT

You guys are killin me LOL. Who wants to meet me at the bash with it lol
well even though that sounds like a good idea. which im not saying its not. what you will run into is having to buy credits for an HPT that you will only get to use for a few days and have spend $100 to use. i mean if you want i can bring my stuff and you would have to buy credits and what not but thats up to you.
So you guys are agreeing that it sounds like a tune problem then?
could be tune, could be the fuel pump, or something in the fuel system. hard to tell really.
I forgot to ask you Matt. Does it have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator on it? We can test the fp. I have a guage.
im thinking about reserving a room soon for the bash, ill have my HPT with me.
what injectors do you have? the stock SS ones or 42#? (im assuming 36# but ill ask anyway
)

There isnt a way to put a adjustable regulator on the 02 rail as far as I know. The 03 there is though. And gettting anything attached to the shrader valve is a PITA the charger on lol
evil: Yeah I have stock SS injectors in my stock 02 rail. I pm'd you
I think you might be running lean at full throttle. And that might be why it is dying when it does.
^^ Yeah just doesnt have the fuel presssure from a dead stop, so it shuts down. So maybe a 03 rail with regulator and a bigger pump is needed
I think your pump will be fine. I would look at getting an 03 rail and adjustable regulator though.
