Anyone know the part number for the m45 supercharger manifold to head gasket is? I need to replace mine but can't find them will the stock manifold gaskets work, are they the same?? Help me out, Need to replace them soon.
There is none... they're o-rings... replace them with RTV.

They are just regular O-rings. I took one of my old ones to the auto part store with me and just matched it up. IIRC I had to do it that way because I could not find a part number through GM for them.
There is no way the stock gasket is going to work.

Replacing them with RTV sounds like a very bad idea. You must be one of those idiots who answer to sealing anything automotive is "throw some RTV on it"
To the OP: I don't remember exactly what I used but I found some very tacky gasket sealant and used just enough of it to hold the O-rings inside the groove.

Yeah, I guess I'm one of those idiots since RTV works well for the o-rings for the throttle body and the runners.

^^ Are these the right o-rings for sure??? Not saying i dont trust you just want to be sure!!
I ran RTV without any issues. Sure beat dealing with dried out and cracked o-rings. Even my 2.3 intake manifold is sealed with RTV. If used correct it is not a half ass repair.
So, The gaskets arn't too bad. I think I'm just gonna get some RTV, and put just a little bit around each o-ring.
