Problems with m45

I have a strange problem with my m45... it ran fine for a few days after i flashed it and now i cant figure it out.

When my car goes into boost(passes 0 psi vac on gauge) It bogs down. I cant explain it. Its not even a bog down. The car simply does not respond. Almost like a clogged cat.

AFR's are good, all vac lines, everything is connected properly. I changed the Ignition Coil housing(was misfiring at idle, that fixed it).

Anyone got any ideas? Could the intake manifold not sealing properly cause this? i sprayed some carb cleaner between intake manifold and engine didn't seem to be any leaks.

So car drivers fine, as long as not in boost.
