Hey Randy, you might have to look at somebody that rebuilds garrett's. Try sending AGP a e-mail, they do alot with the garrett's http://www.agpturbo.com/home.php?xid=9e3112444f26ae1c99225965dc7d14ac
They might be able to point you in the right direction. They are good people to deal with. My brother bought a t-3 with a big wheel upgrade for his SRT-4 and they helped him out alot..

what turbo is it? you can rebuild a garrett your self, just not a ball bearing. rebuilding a turbo only takes a few hours. http://www.gpopshop.com/garrettkits.html http://www.treadstoneperformance.com/view.phtml?f_cat=Turbo+Parts theres 2 sites that carry garrett rebuilds, search for your series/trim.

if you rebuild it, send it away to be balanced, you cant do it yourself and it needs to be balanced... no matter what.

Yea I kinda figured that that's why I was kinda skeptical on rebuilding it myself, thanks man

my theory is, i could do it myself... but why... not worth the headache, they do it every day. they are good at it. and they will balance it

yeah, it saves us 200 in labor at the machine shop to just balance it, instead of having him rebuild it as well. thats all, we just try and save a little cash here and there if we can without causing problems.
