It's the most common one everyone has... it's the Canadian cast log manifold. Works fine.

ah the eco cast one? look good, i just dont like where the turbo flange is located, to close to the water pump, it should of been infront of #2 not inbetween 1n2...
Oh Ecotec, woops. I figured LD9. *clicks link* Being cast, you don't have to worry about that sucker breaking. As for flow, it gets exhaust from A to B. A tubular equal length design is ideal for flow, but for strength and price, the STR is adequate. I don't like the location for the wastegate flange, but I guess it works.

for 175 thats a good manifold. turbo placement whouldnt be an issue. its no where near the water pump its over the thermostat housing. but unless youre running some huge turbo I wouldnt forsee any issues

Yeah cast is the good stuff. The shiny stainless mani's look good but crack after a while. Go cast all the way.
