Its not going to run right because of the 440 injectors at the stock fuel pressure.

so what should i just tow it to the shop and then have them turn the injectors down or what

wow man, you dont turn them down, you get it tuned for the injectors, might as well just tow it there and get them to change the injector constant with hpt so it runs at least and then they can start doing what they need to from there

well it will idle as long as all my charge pipes arent hooked up but as soon as i connect them all it chokes the engine and dies i drove the car for a day with the 440 injectors installed to make sure that they were all good and no problems so i went ahead and started puttin the rest of the turbo parts on i have a aem fic but i have never tuned a fuel injected car so im not touchin that but the more i think bout it i wanna pull it off and just run hpt instead

Stupid question but. Are you sure the turbos spinning? Sounds like the cars not getting any air with the pipes on. Also make sure theres nothing in one of the charge pipes, sounds dumb but I have seen it lol

with pipes disconnected and i rev the engine up turbo spools but i dont want to over spool the turbo now if i unbolt the bov the car idles fine cause its pulling air thru the flange and i can feel pressurized air come out now if i slightly hit the gas to bring rpms to about 2500 and try to connect the bov back the car chokes out again i understand the car isnt going to run 100% correct without tune but i figured it would atleast run without getting into boost idk im kinda lost and i know the charge pipes dont have anything in them cause i can unhook from turbo and car pulls air thru them

i think im either gonna pull it all off or take a stab at tuning with my aem fic and turn the injector constant down and monitor with my wbo2 until i get decent afr there is only one shop around me that uses hpt and they want 500 to tune it so im either gonna tune myself or pull it off until i go to indiana and put it back on then take it to automotion in louisville ky they said 350 for a dyno tune so right now that is my choices unless someone has any other options or could possibly assist me in tuning anyone familiar with the aem fuel ignition controller?

Well let us or let me know how the AEM fic works for you and how you wired it up. Because this is the first I heard of someone using the AEM fic on a J. I seen one on a cobalt this year at the car show. But did not get a chance to talk to him about it..

well the aem that i have is a universal piggy back and to hook it up you intercept the crank sensor wires cam sensor wires injector wires maf sensor wires and tps sensor is all you need to hook up besides your normal power and ground and stuff.ill prolly run it just to see what its like if i dont like it ill un hook it then hpt.
