is anyone running a cryo2 set up and meth injection because i wanna run both and my concern is that when the boost juice is saprayed into the intercooler it will get frozen by the cryo2 in the intercooler. and i am supercharged and running an air to air intercooler and my meth nozzle is on the front of the supercharger after throttle body anyone help me out on this

if your gonna spray before the meth before the intercooler , youll have problems it will puddle up in the intercooler
you will want to spray the meth after the intercooler , the cryo wont matter

your gonna put the spray bar on the air to air intercooler correct , like a turbo set up ?
if so then you cant spray the meth before the air to air , you have to spray it after the air to air , and closest to the manifold going into the head , or in a section of high velocity and no way for the meth to puddle up and run back into the air to air intercooler
and running a intake style and meth isnt as good , the colder incoming air from the cryo intake wont evap the water from the meth spray and cool as well , unless your just spraying the meth as a means of more fuel to burn
im gonna run the meth closeer to the manifold and head.and im gonna dyno test the gains with the cryo2 going. on the spray bar onto the intercooler. and worst comes to worst ill spray it at the track just to take care of heat soak on the intercooler.

Yes it is mounted before the TB, and his meth in a TB spacer. I have not heard of any datalogging with them yet.

place the meth after the intercooler...problem solved :p have a meth tap, and the check vavle close the nozzle and your set, when it opens 2500psi of meth will come out, when its done, the check valve will keep boost out....
OK, let me help, if I can.
Meth and water are two different things here and everybody always thinks they are the same cause they share the same delivery system.
IF, you are going to spray for increased protection form detonation(increase octane) then run straight and pure methanol, or water down to the minimum required depending on the components you end up with....this mixture if not over injected....can be dropped pre intercooler and will be evaporated into the air charge. The evaporation you will need to exsperiment with to make sure your not over injecting and puddling. Then get a controller to only allow it to kick on if hte air charge is hot enough to evaporate the injection aswell....ie: not injecting when it isn't hot enough to keep it from puddling.
If your injecting to get your air temps down...only spray water, water sucks up the most heat per unit volume. If this is the case, water takes alot longer and it is harder to evaporate and you will need to inject POST IC for safety sake. You could try the evap game, but your injection levels will be pathetic at best....useless. So, place your heat absorbing water injection post IC but far enough away from the intake valves that gives it the best fighting chance to fully do it's job. Often times there is never enough time....so the furthest point away the better...keeping in mind pre TB is bad too...wet TPS...no good.
So, strong meth...pre IC...ok within reason...testing will be required.
Water, post IC, as much time as reasonably possible to allow to mix and cool the charge while keeping other components dry.(since your SC...I don't think this will be a problem..depending on the design which I haven't seen as far as where the TB is)
EDIT: Nowadays there is a difference between water and meth injection. You can have a pure meth injection or vise versa. When the technology was in it's infancy, it was called "water injection" because adding meth to the mixture wasn't necessarily needed.(not a need for the added octane in the planes these systems were designed for since the plane fuel had plenty of octane to begine with). Next thing you know the added octane was something that could be used and a small volume % of meth was added while keeping the mixture tame for the pumps and lines used. In our current state of technology a straight meth pump is possible to be had and relatively priced. You will see sponsored cars running both systems independently, water inj. and meth inj. with differing pumps, lines, tanks, ect. So the history of a "mixture" was really a bastardized bang for the buck technique which is still prevalent today due to the cost effectiveness of cheap clean fluid pumps that have a tough chemical lining in them which can hold back a reasonable concentration of alcohols mixed in with the water.
I mention this only because, if you want one and don't really care about the other(octane or heat absorption), perhaps a true straight meth setup is what your looking for and will give better results in that specific need ...or vise versa. ie: straight water will cool better, straight meth will enhance octane better. A mix is a mix, a jack of all trades...master of none, but yet reasonable effective at both which is why you see mixtures common.

do it after the supercharger and your good...a good 50/50 mix should be fine...like posted above, it does evaporate pretty fast...i would personally do it after the IC, bc the IC can cool the air, than the meth can cool it down more, dont want to cool the charge air, than the IC raises it more...remember intercoolers do heat soak aswell...especially when your sitting in the staging laning right after doing a burn out :p u sat in place boosting with no ambient air going thru the IC, it will start to soak
or u could just set up a fan for your intercooler, a lot cheaper :p
well i am going for a lil show so the bottle and the urge will help in that factor. im not even sure if im gonna need to water meth injection with this intercooler now.

but one of my bug things im thinking of it is still a heaton m62 which is why i was thinking of keeping it before supercharger and maybe having the boost controller only come on at higher boost levels since my kit is adjustable.

u could set the it to come on at 10psi...u wont see 10 unless ur WOT, u will see 5psi during DD every now and than, but for the most part...unless u go more than half throttle u wont even see absolute manifold pressure(0)...i normally drive -10(which is half throttle), and every now and than i go 0 or 5psi when passing....
on my old 2.4 s/c i had mine come on at 1-2psi
i wouldnt suggest meth on a supercharged car, onlyfor fear on harming the rotors inside. since meth is a corrosive liquid it will eat the hell out of aluminum and any coatings you have on the inside of charger..

I can't even tell you the number of gallons I have thrown at my supercharger with NO rotor damage or aluminum damage. Same with my Turbo car. I wouldn't worry about any damage to the rotors or aluminum. However you end up routing everything, your biggest concern will be puddling. No matter where you inject it, the supercharger manis are pretty notorious for puddling regardless. I was just going over the stupid amounts of meth I run with a buddy of mine the other day. I suppose thats what happens when you drive it all the time. I need to invest in a drum of it.
If you are using boost juice though from SNOW it will make it easy to identify puddling because the coloring they have in their meth stains everything in the intake track.
