That map sensor might not be needed. The cobalts have 3 map(ish) sensors. I know a friend of mine who left the sensor there just to plug the hole.
hose off the engine side of charger is for the PCV. And no that spot where the MAP is will not see boost, thats the MAP1 sensor which is not used, its plugged in to hold up the wiring out of my way.

that MAP sensor is only there to pug the hole the blower has in that location, its a MAP sensor the LSJ comes with, not needed in other engine, you could plug it anyway you want, with a meth nozzle, nitrous, nozzle, or just a allen bolt...i know i went and bought a dummy MAP just to plug the hole with
as seen here

i c oil under the cavy :p
Looks good. By the way, it's still called an intercooler, not an aftercooler. Reason being because the Turbo/SC is the first compression and the engine cylinders is the second and final compression. It would only be an aftercooler if you ran the exhaust thru the heat exchanger after engine cylinder compression. Sorry, don't mean to nit pick....
Lov'n the charge pipe routing around the battery.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intercooler
"An intercooler (original UK term, sometimes
aftercooler in US practice), or charge air cooler, is an air-to-air or air-to-liquid heat exchange device used on turbocharged and supercharged (forced induction) internal combustion engines to improve their volumetric efficiency by increasing intake air charge density through nearly isobaric (constant pressure) cooling."
haha just wanted to point that out. Generally with S/C setups they are referred to as an aftercooler. In any case no worries, the project is taking longer than expected but its coming out really nice.
With wades setup we used his M45 baffle but yes we are making them.
good job guys

I might be when I get the car back. The switch is with me not with the car. Hopefully I won't need it.

that's sitting pretty tall. my hood rubs close to my tps and i'm on a normal m62 manifold but maybe it's cuz of my cf hood.
