Oil Drain Thread Sealant...Teflon? (ecotec)

For the guys that tapped the Eco girdle...did you just use teflon tape to seal the threads or something else?

Paste over tape any day. Dont wana risk pieces of tape getting down inside there.

i seen the paste with out teflon.

just make sure you get teflon paste with teflon. sounds crazy, Trust me i got the paste with out teflon and it didnt hold up long.

Paste with PTFE in it.

please use paste... I learned the hardway.. let my friend put teflon tape on my oil feed fitting and it got stuck in my gt3076 and killed it.. dont use tape!!!!!!!!!!!
