Dyno Numbers

I need a few volunteers here to help me with some numbers.

I have an excel model that I'm trying to somewhat validate.

If you have a good tune on your car and your dyno numbers can you post them to me.

I would like 10-15 responses max.

List:
Discplacement: 2.2, 2.4, or revised if bored over..if you bored 20 or 30 over just let me know.
Max HP
Max Torque
Boost
Boost Reference - at your turbo or at your intake manifold
CR - if you cc your head and actually know your CR it's very helpful
Intercooled/non-intercooled
Approx elevation where you tuned

Thanks in advance!

This sounds intersting, but you may want to consider displacement in absolute CC's that then liters. Just more accurate. Are you trying to correlate max hp and max torque, or are you trying to get at an actual curve?

Yes CC's is nice but if you just give me the 2.2L or 2.4L I can calc from advertised bore, stroke for sunfire/cavalier for these popular motors - of course if you had your head CC'd at the machine shop you'll likely have all these details.

Yes, I'm trying to correlate max hp, torque the sheet gives your mass flow for turbo sizing, HP for injector sizing, etc. You see what you would get intercooled or non-intercooled.

I think it's reasonably accurate and gets me in the ballpark now, but I need some real data. My car has not run yet so i can't use my numbers they are still 0 hp, and 0 lb-ft

Basically you just plug in your numbers, select temp of the day, elevation, efficiencies from your turbo map etc etc. If it's not far off, I'd like to donate it to the forum or something to help out the new guys. If i'm way off I'll keep tweaking it.

Thanks, I'll take a look there but more detail is welcome.

Anyone willing to donate the information i'm looking for in the top of the post? I need the details :-) Would really like to validate my model.

I definite won't be able to help at this point since my drivetrain is all stock. But this is interesting none the less. And probably helpful to find out if the model you have estimates crank HP/Torque from wheel HP/Torque, if I get it right.

The numbers are going to be at the crank - but they still help you in determining injector sizing and will get you pretty close.

I checked Jason's numbers above and I was pretty close. I was able to determine that he was likely not intercooled - and was able to confirm that via message and a pic of his set-up.

I would really like to see some information for someone pushing between 250-300hp since that's the range a lot of people are shooting for and it's not an unrealistic expectation with a decent full build.
