Ok I jhad a t28 putting on a t3/t4 does it need a retune with same boost just different cfm should spool about the same
Depending on your current tune, but yes if possible when switching turbos its best to change your tune. I also recommend putting in new plugs as well, Ive had misfires from a fouled plug after changing turbos.

Depending on the flow of the new turbo your tune will likely be way off.

well it's pretty much a given that the t3/t4 frame will flow more than the t28. vote for retune asap
